Over 1,000 people celebrated young activists in person at the UN Assembly Hall.

Five activists – the youngest is only 17 – were honoured during this annual event, followed online in more than 120 countries. The event took place in the recently renovated Assembly Hall of the Palais des Nations and focused on the theme ‘From Hashtag to Action’."
